 | Marc Steinmeier alias Nuclear Hyde was born in Hannover, Germany and started to play instruments at the age of 6 and later he attended a music school in Hannover. After a while he left school couse he got bored by the theoretical lessons but continued to work on his own music and enhance his musical skills. He took a closer look into dance music when some of his friends introduced him to electronic music and gave him some CD´s of Sven Väth. |
He was amazed what he heard, the music was fresh and new to him. At this time he was still dj-ing in various clubs and parties in his area but soon he wanted to produce the music by himself. He released on Noom Records (Commander Tom), Time Unlimited, Planetary Concisness, Phutere Wax (Tom Wax), Frankfurt Beat Production and so on. In 1994 things went supernova for Marc. He released the sixt 12” on Noom Records with his clubsmasher “Axis”. This Record was sold over 15 000 Vinyls. His successful debut artist album "Noomraker" was released on 3 continents and catapulted Marc to the status as one of the most respected artists in the dance music scene. A mixture of hard work and raw talent brought him the success as a producer and later as a liveact. In 1995 he took a timeout of the dancescene and produced for different Major Productions and Artist. He thought it would be the best for him and his career at this time to take a little step back from the dance scene to experience something new and collect new creative impulses. He worked and remixed for some of the biggest Artists in the Music industry like Eminem, LL Cool J, Christina Aguilera, Jungle Brothers, George Clinton to name only a few. “With all that i have experienced and the new style in sound i´ve been working on and started producing new Projects”. He is still a pioneer of music and has constantly developed unique and fresh styles, creating new standards all the time. Marc founded an independent music label Gimme-Mo-Records which was important for him. It was the next level couse the industrie went down and Record company´s had signing stops. Owning his own record label gave him new perpectives for his future career. To complete the process he founded Gimme Mo´ Songs in cooperation with EMI Publishing. It took a way to long but 2001 he was back on the electronic music scene cause he loves Dancemusic so much. He focused on his live act more than ever before. When he had found what he was looking for he tried his new sounddesign on remixes and new Productions. “With all that i have experienced and the new style in sound i´ve been working on I will start producing electronic Dancemusic”. In 2007 Marc relaunched the Trance record label Time Unlimited, which was one of the top brands back in the days. Artists like Nostrum and Overcharge defined the typical Time Unlimited Sound. In 2007 Marc will continue the touring, spreading his sound to the people all over the world. Listen to his music is something you won't forget!
